We’ve listed the China Glaze Chic Physique Collection and reviewed their individual performance.

Glamletics

This little light blue number leans towards a periwinkle shade. Which obviously makes us think of the ocean. This color has a faint pink shimmer to it. This blue (like many of their other blue colors) have a bit of a smell but goes away once it is dried. The shimmer is not that prominent, but you can see it from certain angles. The second coat is all you need for great coverage and dries a little dull.  

 

 

Low-Maintenance

Another addition to the China Glaze Chic Physique Collection is a slight mauve color that goes on light and a little streaky on the first coat application. Applying two coats is enough for a great coverage and it dries shiny.

 

 

Pilates Please

This liquid is an orangy- peach color that goes on slightly streaky on your fingernails and is sheer on application. You could get away with two coats but for more depth, your better option would be to apply three coats. We think the name sits well with the color as orange is color of movement.

 

 

Werk It Honey!

This pastel yellow nail polish is slightly more saturated than other pastel yellow colors. This color performs really well in that it goes on with minimal streaks on the first coat and levels itself out. This color covers completely in two coats. Compared to other pastels, this outperforms quite a few other brands as usually pastel colors do not build well up on your nails, but this one did.

 

 

Pretty Fit

This Spring 2018 collection certainly needs this little number and is a dusty pink nail polish. It goes on a bit sheer when you apply it your nails at the first coat. It is a little sheer and the liquid is slightly thin. Your nails will be covered completely by the second coat and the nail polish dries shiny.

 

 

Girl On The Glo

A frost champagne based color that has a shimmer to it. The micro glitter present in the nail lacquer creates a holographic- look-alike when in the bottle, but once it is applied the glitter is plain silver. Two coats are enough to cover your nails.  Apply a top coat once the nail polish is dry as it dries a bit textured and the top coat will smooth it out.

 

 

Get It Right, Get It Bright

The Spring 2018 collection by China Glaze possesses a light purple nail lacquer has a gold shimmer to it. As expected, it goes on very sheer on the first coat, but not uneven. The shimmer is quite prominent, even at the second coat. However, a third coat provides the best coverage. Although the look doesn’t look smooth, it will feel smooth once dry.

 

 

Body Suit Yourself!

Body Suit Yourself! is a pink nail polish with a shimmer to it that is slightly difficult to notice. The shimmer does stand out a little more when on your nail and goes on a bit sheer at the first application. This dries a little darker than when you’ve applied it and is not as shiny once dry as in the case with the other nail polishes in this collection.

 

 

Barre Hopping

This nail polish is a light pastel purple with a pinkish undertone (slight lavender) tone that goes on slightly sheer. For this reason, apply atleast two to three coats for the best coverage on your nails. It does not apply streaky at all and levels itself out nicely on your fingernails. Because its thin enough to run, be careful of blobs forming on your nails. Keep your fingernails straight while drying so that the nail polish doesn’t gather in certain places.

 

 

At your Athleisure

This nail polish is a light blue color that is a bit sheet when applying on your fingernails. It is not too streaky but requires up to two coats to get the best coverage. This pastel blue requires you to dip your bottle back in the bottle a bit as the liquid is a bit runny. We can see why this nail polish made the China Glaze Chic Physique Collection.

 

 

Athlete Chic

This bright coral color goes on a bit sheer on the first coat and covers the nail plate quite evenly. It has a bit of a jelly look going crossed with an acrylic look. Two coats will cover well, dries shiny and dries darker than it does in the bottle. This one caught our attention because of the stunning color and the coverage that it presents.

 

 

Activewear, Don't Care

This is a medium teal color with a jelly consistency. It applies sheer on the first application, more so than any of the other nail polishes in the China Glaze Chic Physique collection. It covers well on three coats and dries super shiny.

China Glaze Chic Physique Collection is filled with colors that brings life to your nails and toes. Chossing which works well on your fingernails or toenails is all up to you. Low Maintenance stood out as a superb pedicure nail polish, but it definitely does well on your fingernails too.

Our favorites in this collection are; Activewear, Don’t Care as it is a super stunning jelly that goes on well. And our second choice is Werk It Honey!, because it performed very well for a pastel yellow color with easy coverage.
